BYV 009 is ideally located in a quiet residential area at the gates of the famous district of Seminyak, 5 minutes from all shops and delicious restaurants. This modern villa of 120m2 on a plot of 2.5 aras has a large swimming pool of 10m x 3m with a big sunbathing area and an incredible view over the rice paddies. A fully equipped and very functional american style kitchen overlooks the sitting / dining room opening onto the garden and swimming pool. The two spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has a king size bed, cabled LCD TV, a safety box, sliding doors with black out curtains and a large dressing room.One has a bathroom with bathtub and shower and the other has a shower.
